Welcome to Polaris Orthodontic Center! When you arrive for your initial appointment, our team will make every effort to help you feel at ease and right at home from the very first interaction. Once the new patient forms are all complete (whether you did so at home or need to write in your information in our waiting room) our treatment coordinator will bring you into the X-ray room and capture the necessary radiographs. You’ll also be escorted to the private consultation room so that we can take photos of your current teeth. After taking your uploading your records in our digital imaging system, Dr. Mason will meet you and will perform a comprehensive examination and review all your available treatment options. Once your treatment options have been discussed, we will provide the treatment fees, estimate insurance coverage and the monthly financing options. Our treatment coordinator will further assist you in scheduling your next appointment if you are ready to start your treatment.
If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Insurance policies vary, so we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file a claim to your insurance company.
Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
At Polaris Orthodontic Center, we are happy to offer NO interest monthly payment plans following your initial down payment. We offer to extend the monthly payments longer than the estimated length of your treatment to make it more affordable for you.
If you wish to finance your down payment or the entire treatment fee, you may do so by applying to Care Credit. Credit will break up the overall cost of your treatment into manageable, monthly payments that can fit into any budget. Follow the link below to see if you qualify:
